After graduating from high school, Ms. Cuellar attended Texas A&M University, where she graduated early with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Ms. Cuellar went on to graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
While attending law school, Ms. Cuellar was on the Dean’s List, she was a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice, and she was nominated for the Women in Law Award and the Presidential Award. Ms. Cuellar was also on the board of various organizations, including the Women’s Law Association, the Lawtina Network, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
Additionally, Ms. Cuellar was a teaching assistant for the Externship Program at St. Mary’s University, and she clerked at the Law Offices of Ryan Reiffert, PLLC in San Antonio, Texas.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Cuellar was a legal assistant at Tummel & Casso in McAllen, Texas, where she worked on personal injury litigation and appellate work.
During law school, Ms. Cuellar was a student attorney at the Center for Legal and Social Justice, helping community members with real estate law matters. Ms. Cuellar also clerked at the Law Offices of Ryan Reiffert, PLLC for three years, where she worked on business, probate, and estate planning matters.
During her spare time, Ms. Cuellar enjoys going on walks, traveling, reading, watching shows, and spending time with her family.
