Patrick Hammond serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hammond Law Firm, where he leads the firm’s operations, strategic growth initiatives, financial performance, and internal systems development. He is responsible for building scalable infrastructure that allows the firm’s attorneys to operate at a high level while maintaining exceptional client service and efficiency.

Patrick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S.) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army, where he developed expertise in leadership, logistics, risk management, and operational execution under complex conditions.

At Hammond Law Firm, Patrick applies his military leadership and project management background to legal operations by implementing structured workflows, financial controls, performance metrics, and accountability systems that drive growth while preserving the firm’s culture and client-centered values.
